Una grande Riserva, icona per eccellenza delle bollicine italiane, il Giulio Ferrari è un fuoriclasse capace di vincere la sfida del tempo. È un Trentodoc ottenuto dalle migliori uve Chardonnay provenienti dai vigneti della famiglia Lunelli alle pendici dei monti che incorniciano Trento, che dimorano fino a 600 metri di altitudine.
Affina sui lieviti per lunghi anni acquisendo grande complessità, ma mantenendo al tempo stesso equilibrio, freschezza ed eleganza.

Da vini base di uve con oltre 18 anni dalla vendemmia, riposa al buio delle cantine Ferrari Trento, affinando pazientemente sui lieviti selezionati in proprie colture, per oltre 200 mesi.
I pendii del Trentino, nei vigneti di montagna delle zone più vocate, dove le uve sono vendemmiate rigorosamente a mano.
