THE MOUNTAIN
Ferrari Trento’s sparkling wines are crafted from grapes grown in mountain vineyards, in the most suitable areas of Trentino. At the foothills of the mountains, the alternation of warm days and cool nights enhances the grape clusters, while the pronounced temperature swings endow them with a uniquely rich spectrum of aromas and fragrances.
TRENTINO, ITALY’S LARGEST CHARDONNAY VINEYARD
The grapes are grown across 132 hectares of estate-owned vineyards and by over 600 Trentino-based partner growers, who are continuously supported by a team of 10 agronomists.
When the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir clusters reach full ripeness, the grapes are harvested strictly by hand and taken to the winery, where the winemaking process begins.
